Two worlds, one story

The crown gives her a microphone.
The farm gives it purpose.

The morning after winning Miss GB Manchester 2026, Clare went back to work on the farm in Heyrod, Stalybridge. That is the whole story in one image: a young woman who moves naturally between working rural life and a national stage — and who is using both to start conversations farming communities have needed for a long time.

The awareness platform Clare founded

Fields of Hope

Together, we grow stronger.

Farming can be isolating. Long days, remote work and a culture of quietly getting on with it mean too many people struggle alone. Fields of Hope exists to make mental health in agriculture more visible — through honest stories, shared experience and pointing people towards support that already exists.

It is an awareness platform, not a charity or a clinical service. Its job is conversation, connection and signposting — so no farmer feels they have to struggle alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling right now, you can talk to the Samaritans free, day or night, on 116 123.
